This article lists the outbound HTTPS destinations that must be reachable from clinician workstations for FabrixMed ConsultBridge to work normally.

Use these settings when you configure firewalls, secure web gateways, DNS filters, or proxy allowlists in a hospital, clinic, or enterprise network.

Before you begin

  • Prefer FQDN allowlists over static IP addresses.
  • Allow TCP 443 for the domains listed below.
  • Enable cookies for *.fabrixmed.com.
  • Allow third-party cookies for id.qwykid.com during sign-in.
  • Avoid SSL inspection on identity and video traffic unless your vendor supports it.

Required domains

These destinations are required for the ConsultBridge web app on clinician workstations.

* Zoom may require additional media ports depending on your deployment and client mode.

Feature-specific domains

Allow these domains only if your organization uses the matching workflow.

PriorityHostnamePortPurpose

Troubleshooting

If users cannot sign in:

  • Check id.qwykid.com.
  • Confirm cookies are enabled for *.fabrixmed.com.
  • Confirm third-party cookies are allowed for id.qwykid.com.

If video consults do not open:

  • Check zoom.us and *.zoom.us.
  • Check the Zoom media ports required by your deployment.
  • Confirm SSL inspection is not breaking the Zoom session.

If forms do not submit:

  • Check challenges.cloudflare.com.

If attachments do not load:

  • Check cdn.fabrixmed.com.

If device capture works but the image never appears in the consult:

  • Escalate to FabrixMed support.
  • That usually indicates a server-side integration issue, not a workstation firewall issue.

Verification

After you apply the allowlist, test from a representative clinician workstation.

  1. Open https://cb.fabrixmed.com.
  2. Complete sign-in and confirm the session returns to ConsultBridge.
  3. Open an active consult and start or join a video call.
  4. Open a consult attachment and confirm the file loads.
  5. Submit a contact or demo form and confirm CAPTCHA completes.

Copy-paste block

Use the following list for the minimum workstation allowlist.

cb.fabrixmed.com
consultbridge.fabrixmed.com
id.qwykid.com
cdn.fabrixmed.com
stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com
